Privacy notice

This website does not collect personal data.

The site has no accounts, no submission forms, no newsletter, and no comment facility. It does not set cookies and does not run analytics or tracking scripts. No personal data is requested, stored, or shared by the journal through this site.

If you contact the editorial office in future, the handling of any personal data will be described in a privacy notice published at that time, before correspondence is invited.

This notice covers this pre-launch website only. It does not describe data processing by third-party sites linked from these pages.

Terms of use

This site provides information about a journal in preparation.

The pages describe the journal’s scope, status, and publication model. They do not offer legal advice, do not constitute a call for papers, and do not create any contract or obligation to publish.

The journal is in preparation. Information may change as editorial and publication arrangements develop. Statements about future publication are statements of present intention, not guarantees.

External links are provided for information. The journal is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party sites.

Accessibility

The site is built to be readable and navigable, but it has not yet been formally audited.

The pages use semantic HTML, a visible skip link, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus styles, responsive layouts, and text alternatives for decorative images. Colour contrast has been considered in the design.

No formal accessibility audit or conformance certification has been completed. If you encounter a barrier, the editorial office will address it once contact details are published. Known limitations will be recorded here as the site develops.

Feedback

Accessibility feedback will be invited when editorial contact details are announced.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. No cookie banner is required because no non-essential cookies are used.

If the site later adds a feature that requires cookies, this page will be updated before the feature is introduced.

Editorial independence

The journal is operated by Standard Law and is editorially independent.

Editorial decisions will be made by the journal’s editors. The operator provides publishing services and does not direct editorial judgment. The separation between editorial and operational decisions will be set out in the journal’s editorial policy.

The journal is published within Standard Law Academic, the academic publishing programme of Standard Law. Its editorial arrangements are its own.

Contact

Contact details for the editorial office and for the operator will be published when they are confirmed. This pre-launch website does not accept correspondence.
